Building credits

Credits pay for plot claims and height upgrades. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The wallet shows the credit pack price before checkout. Purchasing credits does not reserve a plot, guarantee a rank, or guarantee visits. Contact us for payment errors or refund requests; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Launch gift

The first 10 new Skyline accounts after the launch promotion starts receive 500 free credits after email verification. One gift per verified email; existing Skyline accounts are excluded. The public counter shows remaining gifts; requesting a code does not reserve one. The 500 gift credits are fully consumed by one plot with exactly 5 starting floors, regardless of the regular city minimum. There is no leftover gift balance. Subsequent buildings and upgrades require additional credits at the displayed standard prices. Gifts are not redeemable for cash.

Your building

Only your account can edit your building. Competing on height does not transfer ownership. New plots use the price shown at confirmation; if that price changes you must review it again. Buildings may be hidden for rule violations. Do not claim ownership of a brand you are not authorized to represent.

Allowed content

Use websites and images you own or have permission to promote. No impersonation, scams, malware, harassment, hateful material, illegal content, sexual advertising or adult-platform links. Report a listing from its building details or email us. Reports are reviewed by the operator; no payment buys an exemption.

What is public

Your building name, destination website, cropped billboard image, height, plot address and aggregated activity are public and shareable. Your email address and wallet history are private. The two founding buildings, Worksible and Sergio Conejo, are not paid placements. Other avatars represent live browser connections in your room. A connection is not necessarily a unique person.

Live presence

While this page is visible, an anonymous connection identifier, avatar position and movement are shared with nearby players in your room. Positions are held in memory and removed on disconnection. Connection addresses are used transiently to limit abuse; operational server logs may record connection requests. Hidden tabs disconnect. Room invitation links are public: anyone with the link may join if there is space. Rooms hold up to 64 connections and show up to 32 nearby avatars; all rooms share the same buildings.

Visitor counter

The all-time visitor count measures distinct browsers from the tracking start date shown in Stats. We use a random first-party cookie (skyline_visitor, up to 180 days) and store only its hash and first-seen time. We do not store your IP address for this counter. Clearing cookies, expiry or changing devices can count again; these are not verified unique people. Earlier visits were not recorded and are not estimated.

Data and storage

We store your account email/name, session, building configuration, uploaded image and original for re-cropping, wallet transactions and reports. Authentication uses the existing Sergio Conejo account system without automatically joining the club. Operational data is stored on the server. For activity counts we use a salted daily hash of connection information and deduplicate repeated actions in ten-minute windows. Counts measure interactions, not unique people; owner visits are excluded for owned plots. Third-party websites opened in the preview or a new tab apply their own privacy policies. Request access, correction or account/content deletion at hola@sergioconejo.com. Active building/account data is retained while the service is used; we remove or anonymize it when a deletion request is processed, subject to applicable payment-record obligations. Uploaded originals are not intentionally listed publicly, but image URLs are accessible to anyone who knows them; do not upload private or sensitive material.

Public web analytics and flags

Skyline displays an approximate connection-country flag above live avatars, inferred on the server. VPNs may affect it; unknown countries show a globe. We do not publish IP addresses or precise locations. Public analytics show daily browser counts, visits, broad device categories, connection countries and grouped referral sources. Browser identifiers are hashed; daily records are retained for up to 90 days. The all-time visitor counter remains separate. A visit restarts after 30 minutes of inactivity or at midnight UTC. Referrer paths and query strings are not stored. Country flags use the MIT-licensed flag-icons library.

Sharing

Sharing on X opens a draft you can edit. Nothing is posted automatically. A postcard is a snapshot; heights and rankings may change afterward.
